Meditation groups/sanghas

Twice a week, I lead a 30 minute meditation group virtually. The intention of these groups is not to “teach” a class, but rather to hold space for sharing and cultivating our practice, as well as supporting each other through a mutual sense of caring and attention. Each session begins with a prompt/suggestion that can be used for that day’s practice. All members are encouraged to bring questions, quotes, inspirations with them to share with others. All levels are welcome (including those who have never meditated before)!

Meditation Series: Breathing in the New Year
Weekly virtual series

This six-week series will explore the partnership of breathwork and meditation; with a focus on understanding how they work together to influence overall health and energy, calm the nervous system, and increase the body’s ability to absorb oxygen. Each class in this series will offer opportunities for both guided and unguided meditation. Appropriate for all levels of experience.

Healthcare workers, veterans and those experiencing financial distress are eligible for free meditation classes.

Sessions will take place on Sundays from 6:30-7pm EST on:
